YouthWorks is a state-funded youth employment program that helps teens and young adults get the skills and experience needed to find and keep jobs.

This Summer program is administered through the Workforce Board for Leominster and Fitchburg residents.  Youth must meet eligibility criteria to participate in the program. Each participant takes part in fifteen hours of pre-employment training and then works in a six week subsidized job.  Jobs are often are at public, private and nonprofit worksites. Our vendors recruit, train and place youth in their summer jobs programs.
