The North Central Workforce Board is here to support employers

Let our Career Centers assist you with your small and large-scale recruitment activities.

On-site we offer:

  • A convenient location to conduct your recruiting,
  • Promotion of your recruitment to job seekers in MOSES, the Massachusetts One-Stop Employment System, a statewide job database.
  • Basic pre-screening of applicants, and
  • Assistance with job fairs and interview sessions.

You may also conduct recruiting from the comfort of your office through the internet on the Mass Talent Quest system.

All you need to do is post a job with the Career Center.  If a job applicant is interested in your posting with the North Central Career Center, they meet with an Employment Specialist. The Employment Specialist will screen the candidate for you. We will only refer to you candidates that meet your qualifications.
